Through his work at Sulman Automation, Richard experienced first-hand the frustrations common to integrators: slow parts availability, expensive software add-ons, and support that existed only offshore. Rather than accept these limitations, he saw an opportunity to build a business where practical solutions and local service came first.
When Elite Robots began searching for an Australian partner, they recognised this shared philosophy. Together, they saw an opportunity not simply to import and sell robots into Oceania, but to deliver fit-for-purpose affordable automation solutions tailored to Australian industry.
